All updated styles are places in a new tread because some people still may be running the older versions. To answer your question more clearly this is the new version, the old version labeled "Blackfolio-Package 4.0.5" is left as is . the new version labeled "Blackfolio-Package 4.0.6" has a couple of bugs worked out along with the upgrade. I was suppose to add a change log but I have not gotten time yet.

I have some problem with the footer.

Take a look : Imageshack - footercx.png

The extra link in your footer is the cause of this. You either edit your "footer_bg.png" and make the height or edit your footer CSS.
